Guess what?

Guess what they fighting now? The African mind..
Guess what they fighting now? The African thinking..
Guess what they fighting now? The African ideals..
The African way, the African way...
In all I believe in Africanism,
Were all born and raised here and have found a home here,
Black, white, Indian, Chinese, mixed races are all Africans.
Unless you think otherwise.
I do not support the segregation of the word African to only blacks,
Because in Africa we have evolved to be more than just one race..
Look around all Africans are not just blacks..
The moment we realize this then we will be able to unify Africa..
Then we can talk of the real Africanism.
When we realize we are all one then we will grow..
Then We will be able to work together to achieve many goals,
Eradicate many ills..African culture and tradition is about respect,
It's about think before you act, and most of all about unification..
Based on trust and understanding..
Let's break our ethnic barriers, understand each others tradition,
Respect ones culture. Love your parents and respect them,
Honoring them will give us peace of mind and good tidings..
We need to remember morality is in our blood..
Hold on to our Africanism. Or else we lose it and lose our identity..
Guess what they fighting now? The African mind,
Guess what they fighting now? The African thinking,
Guess what they fighting now? The African ideals
The African way, the African way....
The African way also respects religion,
Yours and mine.
It recognizes the spark of the source in you.
It feels your essence as your foot touches its soil,
Your breath as your contribution to nature.
Your conservationists as your show of love for her.
But we take and dont give back, we use and don't restore.
We deny our tradition due to the disadvantages we think,
But run back when we are at the brink.
Your culture is your identity your tradition your moral guide.
Why choose to be lost, why choose to adapt?
Remember morality is in your blood.
When you realize that you can always stop the flood.
Understanding of your culture and tradition will make sure you will never be jobbed..
We run because we choose not to understand,
We remember our history only to slavery then we take off our mind.
Read beyond slavery and you will surely understand.
There is a lot to learn from our history, so we better start now.
Oh yes I am an African, yes I am one to the core,
Yes I love being one and I will die as one for sure..
Guess what they fighting now? The African mind.
Guess what they fighting now? The African thinking
Guess what they fighting now? The African ideals.
The African way, the African way.

MONEY...

Like a lawyer your mind is your weapon
If you want to make it in life you have to push yourself..
It's a crazy world out there,
You have to watch your back.
Survival is the key never forget that.
Because to fuck you up or set you up,
people Really don't need a reason.
In this game we play we always on a mission.
Hustle me hustle we don't care what season.
You got to make it, it's written in every religion.
Yeah when you make it they always will stare,
In your field never hold back have no fear.
And when you make it always give a Likle,
Never ever forget the people.
Make yours before you can save.
Breaking up with your loved one for material things,
Can make you wake up feeling like shit tommorow.
Patience is virtue. Things come and things go but love stays.
And hate sways...

What you want today will be shit tommorow,
So control your evil,
If you believe money is the root of all evil you will never make a nikle...
And dont forget if you dont halfstep you might find yourself a cripple.
In my book its what you do with it that matters,
How you get it, is your own mission...
You just have to find your own glory,
So you can tell your story..
And make them know it's non-fiction.
Put all ur misery in it and make it look like a thriller,
Your love stories make them sound like an adventure.
Life is what we make it funny it's not ironic..
Survive in any weather,
Rain or sun your skin got to be tough like leather.
Never live light feathered,
The wetter the effort the better the treasure....
And remember failure is when you stop trying,
Your destiny starts when you stop crying....

The article that changed my thinking 2008! From my archives...please read...

For those of you who heard it, this is the article Dee Lee was reading this morning on a New York radio station. For those of you who didn't hear it .

Dee Lee, CFP Harvard Financial Educators

THEY ARE STILL OUR SLAVES We can continue to reap profits from the Blacks without the effort of physical slavery Look at the current methods of containment that they use on themselves: IGNORANCE, GREED, and SELFISHNESS.

Their IGNORANCE is the primary weapon of containment. A great man once said, "The best way to hide something from Black people is to put it in a book." We now live in the Information Age. They have gained the opportunity to read any book on any subject through the efforts of their fight for freedom, yet they refuse to read. There are numerous books readily available at Borders, Barnes & Noble, and Amazon.com, not to mention their own Black Bookstores that provide solid blueprints to reach economic equality (which should have been their fight all along), but few read consistently, if at all.

GREED is another powerful weapon of containment. Blacks, since the abolition of slavery, have had large amounts of money at their disposal. Last year they spent 10 billion dollars during Christmas, out of their 450 billion dollars in total yearly income (2.22%).

Any of us can use them as our target market, for any business venture we care to dream up, no matter how outlandish, they will buy into it. Being primarily a consumer people, they function totally by greed. They continually want more, with little thought for saving or investing.

They would rather buy some new sneaker than invest in starting a business. Some even neglect their children to have the latest Tommy or FUBU, And they still think that having a Mercedes, and a big house gives them "Status" or that they have achieved their Dream.

They are fools! The vast majority of their people are still in poverty because their greed holds them back from collectively making better communities.

With the help of BET, and the rest of their black media that often broadcasts destructive images into their own homes, we will continue to see huge profits like those of Tommy and Nike. (Tommy Hilfiger has even jeered them, saying he doesn't want their money, and look at how the fools spend more with him than ever before!). They'll continue to show off to each other while we build solid communities with the profits from our businesses that we market to them.

SELFISHNESS, ingrained in their minds through slavery, is one of the major ways we can continue to contain them. One of their own, Dubois said that there was an innate division in their culture. A "Talented Tenth" he called it. He was correct in his deduction that there are segments of their culture that has achieved some "form" of success. However, that segment missed the fullness of his work. They didn't read that the "Talented Tenth" was then responsible to aid The Non-Talented Ninety Percent in achieving a better life. Instead, that segment has created another class, a Buppie class that looks down on their people or aids them in a condescending manner. They will never achieve what we have. Their selfishness does not allow them to be able to work together on any project or endeavor of substance. When they do get together, their selfishness lets their egos get in the way of their goal Their so-called help organizations seem to only want to promote their name without making any real change in their community.

They are content to sit in conferences and conventions in our hotels, and talk about what they will do, while they award plaques to the best speakers, not to the best doers. Is there no end to their selfishness? They steadfastly refuse to see that TOGETHER EACH ACHIEVES MORE (TEAM). They do not understand that they are no better than each other because of what they own, as a matter of fact, most of those Buppies are but one or two pay checks away from poverty. All of which is under the control of our pens in our offices and our rooms.

Yes, we will continue to contain them as long as they refuse to read, continue to buy anything they want, and keep thinking they are "helping" their communities by paying dues to organizations which do little other than hold lavish conventions in our hotels. By the way, don't worry about any of them reading this letter, remember, 'THEY DON'T READ!!!!

Opinion...

It is said you can only be brave,
If you have fear in you.
Fear of what? Fear of you.
You are your own angel and your own demon.
We are all beautiful,
When we choose to shine.
The secret, we need one another to get there.
individualism can only take you this far..
That's why it's said do onto others, what you want done onto you.
Love thy neibour as yourself.
Leave by his message not by his life..
We are all connected like a puzzle in life.

My concern is the direction which the church are taking their congregation.
Because humility and respect has been lost in most churches.
They sound more like charity organizations ,
 than the house of God.
and they sale pride like its an Auction.
more transfer of guilt than acceptance.
More gossip than pity,
More misconception than respect.
Lots of selfishness than trust.
The Gospel is simple; Do onto others what you would want done to you.
Respect your elders so you can know your heritage.
Forgive yourselve so you can forgive others.
Don't be quick to judge so you won't be judged.
Open your heart, and always save for a rainy day.
In God we trust..
